Returns are available for most unused items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Purchasing party is responsible for repacking (if the package has been unpacked), 20% restocking fee and actual round-trip shipping charges to and from our warehouse. When returning products, You are responsible for insuring any parts or Product shipped or returned. You assume the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
Authorized returns must be completed within 30 days. If you are receiving a replacement, we ask that you return the item being replaced within 30 days to avoid any charges. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact our support team.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.
